GUARANTEE

All our products come with a 30-day guarantee, covering possible deterioration of paint or varnish, manufacturing defects and malfunction of components after unpacked. The warranty does not cover drops, normal product wear over the years, color loss due to sun exposure, improper use, and damages caused by not following care or maintenance instructions.

Once we receive the warranty request, it will be analyzed to generate a response and determine whether the claim is approved or not. We will always provide the best support to offer the best possible solution to any inconvenience that may arise.

Please contact us by email as soon as you receive a damaged product, so we can provide the best solution for all the parts involved.

REFUNDS

We do not accept cancellations for an already paid order, the nature of the majority of our products are made by order and are personalized for each client.

 

We accept refund requests within 5 business days of receiving the product.

 

If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us to request a refund explaining the reasons. We will review your case and inform you of our decision. If approved, you will need to return the product to us before the refund is processed, in accordance with the following policies:

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Buyers are responsible for contacting us prior to returning any items. If requested, you must provide a photo of the item/s being returned before shipping to prove they are free of damage, pack the item/s, in the same manner, they were sent (contact for specific instructions), and must send the tracking number to us immediately after it is shipped. Only after the item/s are returned damage free, the refund will be issued. A refund will not be issued for any returned item that appears different than the photos.
  • In the case that we are out of the office for multiple days and cannot respond to your return request, we will still honor a return.
  • No partial returns on parcels, no partial refunds will be offered. If multiple items of the same listing are ordered they all must be returned for a refund to be issued, buyers are not permitted to pick certain items out of “multi-quantity” listings and return others unless agreed upon before purchasing. For example: if 4 mandalas are purchased, 4 must be returned. If a parcel is returned to us underweight, a refund will not be issued.
  • We do not allow returns until the package has first been delivered to the buyer.

If the product is damaged by the transport company we will replace it with a new one and you don’t have to return the damaged product.

 

If the product was delivered in optimal conditions and then suffered damage because of improper use while unpacking, installing or manipulating the product, we will not accept the refund request.
