MANUFACTURE & SHIPPING POLICY

MANUFACTURE POLICY

The majority of our product are made by order, it means that we start manufacting them just after the payment is confirmed and received. 

It usually takes 2 weeks for your product to be ready for shipping, please take into consideration that the total time for your product to arrive is 2 weeks for the manufacture + the time the shipping company takes to get to your location.

All our handcrafted products has an advice that it will take 2 weeks to manufacture, in the product description so you know that it will take that time for the shipping.

The products that are not handcrafted does not have this advice and are ready for shipping inmediately, if they are out of stock the page won’t let you but it.

If you need a handcrafted product inmediately, we have some of them in stock, please contact us by email to let you know what models de we have in stock at the moment of the communication.

SHIPPING POLICY

Local Shipping

Standard delivery shipping is used for all shipments unless otherwise discussed. It is your responsibility to contact us if faster shipping, signature confirmation, insurance, or any upgrades are needed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If the shipping service returns an order to us that is non-deliverable for any reason (insufficient address, refused, missed the package, etc), an additional shipping fee will be charged to return the package to you, once it has been returned to us. We do not accept returns on these orders unless they comply with our return policies. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

In some cases, when further communication is needed, shipping may be delayed until communication has been completed.

We don’t accept requests for address change.

If any issues arise with an order (damaged, missing, etc.) and we don’t hear back from the buyer within 14 days, we will consider the issue resolved.

We reserve the right to ship items at our discretion, items may be shipped separately from one another in certain cases. This is always in the best interest of the products.

International Shipping

It is the buyers’ responsibility to ensure that the importing and exporting requirements of your country have been met, failure to do so may result in the seizure of your shipment. You are responsible for any customs tax, fees, or charges that might occur, you can contact your country’s customs department prior to ordering to find out what these fees will be. If the buyer refuses the package for any reason, a refund will not be issued. We do not have any contact with foreign customs agencies. If your order is held in customs and then returned to us for any reason, and you would like a refund instead of paying a reshipment fee, there will be a restocking fee charged.

We cannot and will not change the price of an order on customs information, this is not legal.

For all our international shippings we use DHL, they have coverage in 220 countries around the world.

We can ship to any country that has a DHL office, for now we can ship to North America, South America and Europe.

If you are in any other continent and your countrie has a DHL office, write us to check with DHL how can we ship to you because we already know we can reach any country that has DHL.

ADITIONAL POLICIES

If you request that we deliver the order in several shipments, we may charge you additional delivery costs, which will be informed at the time of payment. Each individual shipment will constitute an independent contract. If we delay the delivery of a shipment or one of the shipments is incorrect, this will not give you the right to request a refund and return of any other shipment.

Due to contingencies outside our control, delivery periods may extend longer than established in our terms and conditions. Simply exceeding a delivery period does not give you any right to compensation.

We inform you that delivery times for purchases made during high-demand periods may extend up to 3 additional business days to our regular times.

 

The main photo does not directly reflect the actual size of the piece/s. We expect all buyers to view all photos and read full listing descriptions to get a proper idea of the piece/s you purchasing. Weights and sizes are very close approximations, sizes may vary slightly due to the direction one may try and measure. Generally, we measure lengthwise.

Please note, that colors may vary slightly from monitor to monitor depending on your settings.

Please use caution and care when opening your order. Some items are small (for ex. remote control), so we recommend unpacking on a flat, clean surface or somewhere where you do not need to worry about your new pieces being damaged. Please be sure you have checked all packing material before disposing of it. We reserve the right to reship or refund in the rare event of claims of missing items.
